Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING AUSTRIA, EU AND SWITZERLAND
We calculate our shipping costs in the form of a flat rate. This is 6 € for deliveries within Austria, 9 € for deliveries to other EU countries and 18 € for deliveries to Switzerland. Shipping is free on all orders over 60 €.
Additional customs fees apply in countries subject to customs duties. These vary depending on the destination and are borne by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Of course, you have the option of returning your items within a period of 30 days from the delivery date if you do not like the goods or if they are not right for you.
In our terms and conditions you will find all the essential information. However, we urge you to take great care with the packaging of the return.
If any parts are broken, please send an email to info@stonemade.com immediately after delivery with the order number and a photo of the broken item and packaging. We take care of replacing your goods.
